CATACLEAN IS MAIN SPONSOR FOR DRM TEAM IN RENAULT UK CLIO CUP

Cataclean is a UK-manufactured premium engine and fuel system detoxification technology, designed to dissolve resin, gum, carbon and other similar deposits which build up in the fuel system and catalytic converter.

“Last year I perhaps underestimated just how tough the competition is in the UK Clio Cup,” commented 27-year-old Rowbottom. “But I’m coming back to it a lot wiser and with a very committed and proactive sponsor in Cataclean who see the benefits of being part of the UK Clio Cup grid.”

Cataclean is sold in the UK as well as being exported to over 15 countries around the world. Hong Kong and Macau have recently become the latest importers of the product in an effort to help tackle the issues of poor air quality in the cities.

Numerous independent tests have verified that Cataclean not only reduces exhaust emissions, often by enough to make the difference between a vehicle failing or passing an MOT, but it can also improve fuel consumption and increase vehicle performance. The 2017 Renault UK Clio Cup gets under way at the Brands Hatch Indy circuit in Kent with the opening two rounds of the season on Sat 1/Sun 2 April. All 18 races on the calendar will take place at the British Touring Car Championship’s high profile events meaning huge trackside crowds (38,000+ on average in 2016) and live free-to-air television coverage on ITV4 for its teams, drivers and sponsors.
